I'm finishing a Web Development technical degree while writing production code at GrantFox, leading the tech of VELAR and serving as a Stellar Ambassador. I like owning a feature end to end — the schema, the endpoint, the screen and the email that goes out after.

VELAR turns every political-party bond into a unique token on Stellar, so ownership, escrow and each change of hands are public and verifiable — for the electoral tribunal, the parties and any citizen.

  • Lead the technical direction: a TypeScript monorepo with a Next.js web app, a NestJS API and Soroban smart contracts.
  • Six-step transfer flow on-chain — issue, list, offer, escrow, payment proof, release — every step an auditable Stellar transaction.
  • Soroban contract in Rust that keeps each bond's metadata on-chain: current owner, status, face value and the certificate's hash.
  • On-chain escrow during every trade and an append-only audit log written on every action.

CTO

Irvin Exterior Services LLC handles property improvements and exterior projects across Northern Colorado — landscaping and metal roofing. I lead the technology that takes a client from the first quote to an online payment.

  • Landscaping designs the client sees before any work starts: the finished result for their own project.
  • Supplier search through the Lowe's and Home Depot APIs and other providers, so the client is shown the best price for every material.
  • The client approves the proposal and pays online in the same flow.
  • AI estimates for metal roofing anywhere in Colorado, built from the client's location.

Project screening agent

What it is

An AI agent that reviews open-source projects before a human does. It reads the GitHub repository and decides whether the project really builds on Stellar, whether activity is sustained and who does the work.

How it works

Cheap hard rules filter the noise first, Claude reads the code and writes a report, and a policy in code — not the model — turns the scores into a verdict. Low confidence never rejects: it goes to a person.
